All orders dispatched within 4-5 working days.
For delivery to a UK postal address, please allow additional 48 hours on turnaround times.
SHIPPING
We offer delivery within Ireland at a flat rate of €6 up to 35kg. Delivery is facilitated through our courier partners DPD and An Post. Alternatively, collection may be arranged from our workshop in Duleek Business Park, Co. Meath.
Please allow 2-3 days for delivery following dispatch.
For delivery outside of Ireland, please contact us for a shipping quotation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
As our products are custom made and personalised, we do not offer refunds once a product has been made.
Should you wish to cancel an order before it has been produced, please let us know via email as soon as possible to arrange a refund. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.
While our products are packaged carefully in order for them to arrive with you in the same condition that they were sent in, we cannot guarantee how goods will be handled once they leave our possession. Should your order arrive with you in less than perfect condition, please contact us via email at info@customkeepsakes.ie as soon as possible with a picture of the damaged item in order for us to send a replacement product.
